Amity University Jharkhand signed an MoU with Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology & Centre for Skilling and Technical Support, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. Of India on 16th September 2021.

Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) is a premier national institution under Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India and has spread its wings over the years and now operates from 37 locations across the country. CIPET has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO/IEC-17025:2017, ISO/IEC-17020:2012 certification on design, development and conduct of specialized training courses in Plastics Engineering & Technology and rendering Technical / Consultancy service in Design, Tooling, Plastics Processing and Testing and Quality Control to the plastics and allied industry. CIPET plays a pivotal role in creating employment opportunities and entrepreneur development through various skill development programs.
This MoU will enable Amity University Jharkhand & CIPET-CSTS to facilitate cooperative activities in academics and research. Cooperative activities may involve programs in areas like faculty training, skill development programs, students internship, collaborative research leading to Masters and PhD programs, collaborative research, teaching.
