 Amity University Jharkhand Organized a two-day International Conference on Recent Advances in Economics, Commerce and Finance .

A two-day International Conference on ‘Recent Advances in Economics, Commerce and Finance’ was organized by Amity University Jharkhand in association with Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI). 
Keynote speaker Professor Dr. Jochen Writz, Vice-Dean, National University of Singapore, highlighted agriculture, industry and intelligent revolutions and related them with services like robot types and intelligent automation (IA). He said, “Technology is getting cheaper. IA which plays an important role in industrial automation and agriculture automation where we are benefitted by increasing standard of living and developing education for everyone and also uplift the employees and customer experiences to fulfil one’s desire.”
FJCCI Vice-President, Mr. Dheeraj Taneja spoke of ‘Eco-Tourism’ as an upcoming sector in Jharkhand. He mentioned about Jharkhand’s Industrial and Investment Policy 2021. According to Mr. Taneja, land reforms are still not clear in Jharkhand. To cope up the problem, FJCCI is working on developing Land Bank with State Government in next three to four years. 
Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand stressed on the economic geography, E-money and mobile commerce. He said, “Technology is never taking away job but rather making it faster and relevant for survival.”
Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director, Amity University Jharkhand talked about empirical study and rational income to measure national income by GNH (Gross National Happiness) not the GDP, for the contribution of eco-system. He focussed on how Bhutan is known for its GNH. 
Dr. P. K. Tripathi, Assistant Director, Amity University Jharkhand threw light on how last decade has developed in technology. 
Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand expressed his views on the terms ‘Green Finance’ and ‘Forensic Accounting’. 
Day-one concluded with inaugural ceremony followed by research paper presentations and three technical sessions on banking, finance, technology, economics, commerce and digitization.
