 Amity University Jharkhand, in association with National Research Development Corporation, Amity Innovation Facilitation Centre concluded the two-day international conference on ‘Changing Paradigms in Management and Social Sciences: A Global Perspective’ 
The purpose of the event was to make participants understand how innovative business practices have transformed the workstation with an insight on the shift in technology.
The beginning of the event was marked by the introduction of the guests. Several experts and research scholars presented their research papers. Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director and Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand blessed and praised the organizing team.
Highlighting the relevance of Dharma Dr. Raman Kumar Jha said, “Dharma includes aspects of our action. Innovation, creativity and research are buzzwords where the opportunity must be utilized. 
Discussing on advertisements, Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi said, “Basic rule of advertisers is to target influencers and decision makers.” 
One of the session chairpersons, Dr. S Pathmanesan, Senior Lecturer at Department of Social Studies, Open University, Sri Lanka, said, “Collaborative research and innovation should be cultivated in younger generations.” 
Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Scientist Ms. Gopa Bhattacharya Choudhury shared her concerns on two approaches of Product Development and Integration Model for implementation of concurrent engineering. 
Mr. Asim Prasad, Research Scholar and Ms. Anita Kumar, Director, CII School of Logistics from Amity University Noida presented paper on Development of Natural Gas Retail Supply Chain - A Triple Bottom Line perspective for Jharkhand. Their research was concentrated on economy, energy and sustainability of Jharkhand in terms of natural gas. 
Ms. Sadiya Fatima from BIT Mesra, spoke about the mindset with which companies work to scale up their grasp over the market and how India is a booming market today. Another speaker Mr. Akshat Srivastava from Amity University Jharkhand, emphasised on the importance of advertisements by quoting “Advertisements justify the future of any product.”
The concluding remarks were given by Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey who appreciated the track of the entire programme based on diversity.
