A Two-day HR Conclave Business and Social Sustainability: The Future Ahead was Organised by Amity University Jharkhand
A two-day HR conclave was organised by Amity University on 16th and 17th July. The event was based on the theme business and social sustainability. The aim of this event was to make participants understand how the business world is affected by the pandemic and how to cope up with it.
The key speaker Mr. Bharat Jaiswal, Regional Director, ASSOCHAM chief guest for the first day talked about the business aspects that how business leaders are posted in driving revenue and all. He also talked about the operational challenges alter the scope of growth of the employees. He concluded his words by discussing how to manage work life and personal life.
Another speaker Lavanam Amballa said, “There are significant changes in every field due to pandemic and it’s important to discuss such basic topics. He ended his discussion by organising a Q/A session for students.
Thereafter , Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand said that the space which has shaped us and our comfort zones may have problem so we must encourage everyone to work hard choose our own path through our own version.
Then Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandeh, Director, Amity University Jharkhand said that HR Concave is a platform which provides practical knowledge which is not mentioned in any text books. HR has a new role to play to keep our resources motivated and economy stabilised.
After that Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar of Amity University Jharkhand said that such event is the need of the hour, for sustainability of employees within an organisation. The world is full of resources but we all need a man full with resources. This is important to keep the right person in the right place.
Various stakeholders from different organisations shared their insights about the business world on the second day of the HR Conclave. The key focus of all these wonderful speakers was how the pandemic brought the changes. One of the panellists Vipul Oberoi, CMO, IIFL Finance said, “Only those companies will survive which has built resilience and human capital as an important part of resilience.”
The event was successfully closed by concluding remarks by Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi and Dr. Ajit kumar Pandey who emphasised, “Earlier we used to go to the market, now the market is in our hand in the form of Smartphone.
