Amity University Jharkhand Organized an Online Event on Right to Public Health
Amity University Jharkhand organized an online event on the topic Right to Public Health on 22nd of May, 2021. The aim of the event was to make the participants understand the fundamental rights on public health in the wake of Covid-19.
Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director, and Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand gave their blessings to the participants and encouraged the organizing team.
The Chief Guest Dr. Rabindra Kr. Pathak, Assistant Professor of law NUSRL Ranchi said, “The Honorable Supreme Court of India has now become Supreme Court for Indians". He further added that injustice in health sector must be avoided as the 'Right to Public Health' is the right of every citizen.
Further, the students shared their views, asked questions and clear their doubts.
The event successfully ended with concluding remarks given by the organizers and a vote of thanks.
