The annual ethical leadership programme, initiated by The Global Times-Amity’s youth newspaper, aims at grooming students as harbingers of change. Young leaders from across all Amity International Schools work on different social issues related to women, by forming teams, researching topics, designing plans of action, generating funds and finally showcasing their work in the form of a presentation at the grand finale.

Youth Power team Rights and Duties of school won Jury’s special mention award at the Youth Power finale. This year’s Youth Power finale was graced by Maha Siddiqui, Associate Editor- Anchor, CNN –News 18 as the chief guest. The eminent jury comprised Dr Joya Bhattacharya Associate Professor, Gargi College, Delhi University, Karina Bhasin Community Engagement Lead, Even Cargo & Delhi OYE and Runjhun Sharma Senior Correspondent, CNN-News18. Team Rights and Duties with its team mentor Ms. Surangma Prasad; team leader Saumya Rai of Class XI; team members Anushka Singh, Pragati Nigam and Anisha Singh of Class XI worked towards spreading awareness about duties of being a responsible citizen of India and how to disburse our duties even as we fight for our rights.
