Independence day was celebrated in school as a week long rejoice during which various activities were held. Students of all the classes made posters, wrote slogans, did face painting, made rangoli and tri colour flags throughout the week. The celebrations culminated with flag hosting ceremony on August 15 during which students sang Vande Matram and national anthem and chanted Jai Hind.
