The annual ethical leadership programme, initiated by The Global Times-Amity’s youth newspaper, aims at grooming students as harbingers of change. Young leaders from across all Amity International Schools work on different social issues related to women, by forming teams, researching topics, designing plans of action, generating funds and finally showcasing their work in the form of a presentation at the grand finale.

Team leader Anant Sabharwal (XI) along with team members Shubhankar Bhattacharya (XI), Shriya Dhadhwal (XI) and Ishita Bhattacharya (XI) under the guidance of mentor Monika Chaudhary decided to help people combat stress and live a happy, joyful life. For this they organised a success mantra workshop, career counselling session and Zumba dance session. They also ran a plantation drive and set up ‘Mai I help you’ boxes in the school campus to help children share their problems and talk to school counsellor to find relevant solutions for them. For their effective awareness programme the team won the award for ‘Best Awareness Movie’.
