Student Grievance Redressal

STEPS

The students are advised to adhere to the following guidelines when sending their grievances to the management.

  • First raise your issue with your HOD/ University official directly or through the email: helpdesk@rnc.amity.edu.
  • If no action is taken, or you do not hear anything from the concerned HOD/ university official regarding your complaint, then forward your complaint to the email: swd@rnc.amity.edu.
  • After the above two attempts, if still there is no action, please send your grievance with the details (in the given format) on the email: grievance@rnc.amity.edu. Please also attach the communication documents as PDFs for necessary investigation.
