Amity University, for one, has never compromised on the former & has always provided their students with class infrastructure. The Department is, what the Faculty in charge makes it to be; how they run it. On that front too, we were fortunate enough to be taught by some of the finest Civil Engineering minds of the Nation. I am thankful from the core of my heart, to both the University & the Civil Engineering Department for molding & shaping us up along similar lines.

It was wonderful 4 years of my life in Amity University Noida .My civil Department gave me all the encouragement and support to excel in the field of civil engineering. The curriculum allows to integrate both theoretical and practical knowledge, which helps the student in their respective organization. The major project helps the student to understand the concepts better.Four years of Amity completely transforms the boy into a complete man.
Amity is one of the most renowned universities of India. It helped me gain knowledge as well as develop a charismatic personality. In Amity, people learn how to become an all rounder. It helped me to eliminate stage fear, and the staff motivated me to take part in various extracurricular activities and various sports. Professors are very efficient.

It was a wonderful experience to study at Amity University. I learned the basics of structural engineering here and got to do various design projects that helped me prepare for the industry. I had enrolled for the Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engg.) program in Amity in 2010, from where my four year journey had started. My time at Amity was a mix of a lot of seriousness as well as fun. When I look back, I am reminded of the great lectures, post lecture knowledge exchange sessions with the professors as well as my friends, a lot of extra-curricular activities, fitness activities like swimming and yoga, spending hours at the Central Library and more! My department had awesome professors, well versed with their subject and always ready to help. Four years in Amity has made me a great learner, empowered me with knowledge and scope, taught me that apart from the end result - the way a person carries out a task is very important. Needless to say, I have experienced tremendous personal growth in terms of honing my interpersonal communication skills – making me “interview ready” by the final year.
Amity University contributed in my development as a professional esp. In the final year of college where as part of electives, I learnt economics and management basics something which made me realize that I want to pursue Business Management as a profession. Amity was also the place where I made friends for life some of whom are showcased in this section as well. Amity was work and a lot of fun and that is what made the experience memorable.

It gave me an opportunity to also learn foreign language, communication skills and behavioural science, which I personally feel is necessary for each and every individual to excel in their field . The department of civil engineering, ASET is perfect amalgamation of experience and youth under a capable leadership to provide students an all-round development and giving us a real life experience in to the infrastructure industry.
Being an introvert as a growing teenager, I was really apprehensive when I first set foot at Amity University, Noida. The next four years that followed changed my personality as a whole. Being part of the Amity University family helped me evolve myself mentally and socially. During these four years, the knowledge and practical exposure imbibed in me put me in good stead to face the harsh challenges in the world with an optimistic approach. The faculty and staff of the Department of Civil Engineering at Amity will always be special to me for the support and impetus I received throughout my journey in Amity University. Shama Goel – B.Tech. Civil (2011-2015)Observer , Indian Navy I, joined the 2011-2015 batch of civil engineering in Amity School of Engineering and Technology. Passed out as the overall best student securing 92 percent and best sports person of the engineering college.
