Amity has and will always be close to my heart. This university gave me a platform to reach where I currently am. When I was placed in Headstrong, I came to know about my fellow fresher batch mates, who had come from various institutes such as IITs, NITs and BITS Pilani to name a few. People were able to immediately make a difference between them and the AMITIANS, not because of the liveliness and freshness we bought to the otherwise mundane workplace but because of the strong personality and confidence we exhibited in front of our competitors. Needless to tell that but it was AMITIANS who took all the fresher awards for that year in Headstrong. That is what Amity, specially IT has given me, memories and a bright future to cherish forever.

I have spent the best 4 years of my life at Amity. My programme has a lot of interesting coding because of its quantitative nature and because of the various software I have used in Amity- C,C++, Matlab and SAS, its smooth going for me here. Faculty members have really inspired and motivated me a lot. It is due to their mentoring that I am able to pursue a career of my dreams. Even the facilities like the computer lab and the wifi, the fests and the infrastructure at Amity are world class. Needless to say that I miss Amity a lot and I take great pride in showing my friends the backside of Daredevils' helmet.

I cleared SSB from Allahabad board and then medicals. In the merit list, I secured All India Rank 1 in Information Technology stream. I have been offered the post of Lieutenant (Class -1, Grade A, Gazetted officer).
