Venues for Degree/Grade Cards/Certificate Presentation

Main Convocation will be held on 30th November 2024 for all the domains in the morning shift where Chief Guest will be invited. Hon’ble Chancellor, AUUP will confer the degrees and present the awards to the Graduands. The Convocation program schedule will include the following:

Procession by the members of Statutory Committees (Court, Executive Council, Academic Council, University Research Council etc.), HoIs of concerned Institutions and AUUP officials
Welcome address and Report Presentation by Vice Chancellor
Blessings by Hon’ble Founder President
Convocation address by the Chief Guest
Award of Honorary Doctoral Degree (to be decided)
Award of Ph.D
Conferring the degree to Graduands and administering the pledge (Investiture) by Hon’ble Chancellor, AUUP
Award of Shri Baljit Shastri ji awards and and Best All Round Trophies
National Anthem

The Programme Schedule of the Degree Distribution Ceremony will include the following:

The Degree Distribution Ceremony will be organized by the respective institutions in different allotted venues at respective campuses as per schedule. Please note that you must clear all outstanding dues, fees and library dues owing to the University. Otherwise, there will be an administrative “hold” on you and you will not be able to collect your degree.

The Programme Schedule of the Degree Distribution Ceremony will include the following:

All recipients to be seated in the venue of Degree Distribution Ceremony

Arrival of the Guest and be seated at venue

Briefing of the Graduands

Glimpses of the Main Convocation to be played

Entering of institutional Academic Procession (Chief Guest, HoI, Faculty Members, and external members of BoS, AAB, IQAC and Alumni)

Lighting of the Lamp with Chanting of Gayatri Mantra

Welcome address/ report by Campus Head/ Dean / seniormost HoI

University Report by the Vice Chancellor (Video)

Blessings by Hon’ble Founder President (Video)

Presentation of Corporate Awards

Presentation of Academic Award, Corporate Awards, Medals - Gold, Silver and Bronze, Shri Baljit Shastri Ji Awards & Best All Round Trophies

Address by Chief Guest (if any)

Conferring of Degree by Hon’ble Chancellor, AUUP & President, RBEF (Video)
