Session on Fire Safety Measures, Precautions and Mock Drill

The Student Welfare Department at Amity University Jharkhand conducted a session on Fire Safety Measures, Precautions and Mock Drill in association with the experts from Fire Department, Jharkhand Government. 

Mr Shailendra Kumar, Officer In-charge of the Fire Station, discussed how to take precautionary measures and life saving measures, how to stay alert and how to act in the time of a fire emergency. He also explained different categories of fire and different categories of fire extinguishers and their technical aspects. The session was followed by a mock drill.

Other officials from the Fire Department who were present on this occasion were Mr Harilal Mehta, Mr Gautam Kumar, Mr Ravi Kumar Paul, Mr Amar Kujur, and Mr Vikash Kumar.
