Distribution of badges to the University Captains and Vice Captains of different clubs and activities

Amity University Jharkhand (AUJ) commemorated the 76th Republic Day of India with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit, reaffirming its commitment to the values of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity enshrined in the Constitution of India. The celebrations began with a solemn flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by the rendition of the National Anthem.

Cultural Program Highlights

- A thought-provoking play on Transgender Rights by the theatre club members

Dr Ashok K. Srivastava, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, conveyed his best wishes, and narrated the significance of Republic Day and the university's dedication to fostering academic excellence and civic responsibilities. He also announced that the AUJ was ranked with outstanding achievement of 3.5 Star under the aegis of IIC, by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India for the Academic Year 2023-24.

The event also witnessed the recognition of outstanding students, including those who achieved Elite Gold distinction in the SWAYAM-NPTEL online certificate course, student council position holders, and the sports events winners during SANGATHAN 2024.

The event included distribution of awards and medals to the winners and runners of SANGATHAN 2024. Dr. Ashok K. Srivastava, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, felicitated the gold winner in the badminton competition held at IIT Kharagpur.

This celebration reaffirmed Amity University Jharkhand's commitment to nurturing responsible citizens, fostering academic excellence, and promoting national development.
