The Two-Day International Conference on Materials, Machines & Information Technology 2022 concluded at Amity University Jharkhand
The two-day International Conference on Materials, Machines & Information Technology (ICMMIT) 2022 hosted by Amity School of Engineering & Technology (ASET), and Amity Institute of Information Technology (AIIT) of Amity University, Jharkhand concluded on Tuesday 25th Jan 2022. The theme was shaping future with information technology, machines, manufacturing, and advanced materials.
Addressing the audience, Chief Guest of the valedictory session, Dr. W. Selvamurthy, President, Amity Science, Technology and Innovation Foundation, Director General for Amity Directorate of Science and Innovation and Chancellor, Amity University, Chhattisgarh said, “The theme chosen for ICMMIT 2022 has a great impact on the humanity. The purpose of Amity is to churn out future global citizens including knowledge, skills and values.” He focused on the remarkable journey of India in its last 73 years as a Republic nation and explained the National Education Policy 2020 as well as India’s role in IT.
Keynote cum plenary speaker, Dr. Diogo M.F Santos, Associate Researcher, Center of Physics and Engineering of Advanced Materials, Instituto Superior Tecnio, Lisbon, Portugal said, “Hope this conference serves in bridging the gap of research studies.”
Another keynote cum plenary speaker, Dr. S.V.S.K Deepak Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Centurion University of Technology and Management, AP Campus said, “The conference has integrated Internet of Things,” and ranked the conference A++ in terms of NAAC.
Mr. Abhijeet Singh, Assistant Professor from ASET, AUJ presented a summary of the two-day event including plenary, keynote, and other presentations.
Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor of Amity University Jharkhand, “The country has quite a number of higher educations, but Amity has made its own position by the scientists and leaders all around. Any small idea taken by listeners from ICMMIT 2022 will be a matter of production tomorrow.”
Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director of Amity University Jharkhand said, “This conference had witnessed more than 100 scholars sharing their outcomes and giving us new dimensions of research studies.”
