Amity University Punjab in collaboration with the Chandigarh Chapter of NASI, SPSTI and Amity Rotaract club organized a Sensitisation Programme on Maternal and Child health care problems at Seau Majra village. This activity was conducted under Sensitization Workshop especially in Rural areas under Science- Society Programme of NASI.
This initiative aimed to educate the rural community, particularly the villagers, about maternal and child health care related information to the married and pregnant women. The two eminent speakers were invited for the programme, Dr Manjushri Sharma (Clinician and Assistant Professor, Panjab University) and Mrs. Paramjeet Kaur (Maternal and Child Health care worker).
