A moot court is a simulated court proceeding where law students argue hypothetical cases for practice. This is the place where the students of Amity Law School engage in preparing written briefs and presenting oral arguments on hypothetical legal issues, often based on real-life cases and questioning. This educational exercise helps them develop crucial legal skills, including research, writing, and oral advocacy. It also provides an opportunity to practice public speaking, critical thinking, and legal analysis in a competitive, yet educational setting of the university.
