Someone has rightly said that travel widens our horizons, makes us more receptive and accommodating to life. Travel is an integral part of human nature and becomes a useful educational tool in the form of field trips and excursions. In the school curriculum books are the only sources of information and the classroom is the only place to acquire it. Young minds need to be exposed to travel in order to boost their understanding of the world and explore their capacity to adjust to different situations.

At AIS-46 the objective behind taking our students on various excursions is to make them visualize the concerned place they might have read or heard about. We truly believe that pure theoretical knowledge is incomplete without practical experience.

Every year our school organizes excursions and trips to add that extra dimension to the children?s personalities. Our endeavour in organizing such excursions is to broaden their social experience, inculcate the desired qualities of leadership and harness the requisite levels of self-confidence in our students.
