Objectives and Functions

The Institution has main objective of creating a Centre of Excellence in the fields of International Relations in the country.
The Institution shall operate in the area of international relations and also public administration through strong collaborative networks and partnerships with other professionals and institutions around the world.

Purpose
The Institution aims to cultivate leaders in public policy, diplomacy and international studies domain covering multidisciplinary areas, by innovative pedagogy for teaching, research, training and consulting in the allied fields. The purpose of the institution is to achieve the following, among others:

1. Offer academic programmes at UG, PG and Doctoral level.
2. Take up policy research on current issues.
3. Take up consultancy assignments in the allied areas.
4. Provide support services and advocacy on International relation matters.
