DCB corporate Interaction session at AUM on the topic - Campus to Corporate

Corporate Resource Center of Amity University Mumbai organized an corporate interaction of DCB Bank campus team at AUM campus on 11th August. The topic of the session was Campus to Corporate
Ms. Arpita Pamnani - AVP HR & Ms. Neha Shrivastav- Campus Recruitment Manager had a very informative presentation and an interaction with more than 100 students from ABS, ASET, AIIT & ALS.
The DCB team discussed regarding various skills required for a transition of a student from campus to corporate. Focus was given on skills like High level of responsibility, unconditional surrender, willingness to learn, morality and Honesty, Patience, adjust with surrounding, dare to face challenges, versatality & practical approach. They also covered important aspects like tips for an interview process, CV, knowledge regarding job profile, ambition& confidence level.
The team also answered a lot of queries and questions of the students during the session as well as in a one on one interaction post the session.
