Mayank of Amity Law School won High Commendation Award at Oyster Model United Nation Conference 2017
Amity Law School, Gurgaon students - Mr. Mayank Shekhar (BA LLB- 8th Sem), Mr. Surya Sood (BBA LLB- 8th Sem) and Mr. Lakshya Anand (BBA LLB- 6th Sem) participated in Oyster Model United Nations 2017 hosted by Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur from 29th - 30th April 2017.
Oyster Model United Nation Conference is organized by Oyster International Trust of Model United Nations every year for competing among student of different fields in legal concepts. This year also nearly 200 students from different Institutions across the country, stakeholders, collaborators, guests and volunteers from United Nations Office, Educational Institutions and the corporate are also participated. The Title Partner for the Event was GCEC, Collaborator University of Peace, United Nations Information Centre and the Associate Partner was Jaipur MUN Circuit.
Our student of Amity Law School Mr. Surya Sood & Mr. Lakshya Anand participated as Delegates in UN General Assembly and Mr. Mayank Shekhar participated in the Law Commission of India in the portfolio of Mr. PP Choudhary (Minister of State- Ministry of Law & Justice).
In an extremely tough competition, Mr. Mayank Shekhar won High Commendation Award for his excellence in the competition.It was a great achievement for him as well as for the law department too.
