Visit to AAHAR (The International Food And Hospitality Fair)
An educational tour to AAHAR was Organized by Amity School of Hospitality, Gurgaon on 10th March at Pragati Maiden, New Delhi. The fair was focused on new concept, trends, equipment's etc related to the Hospitality Industry. Students learn a lot of new and emerging trends adopted by the hospitality Industry.
Students from Amity School of Hospitality visited the Pragati Maidan they learned about new equipment's of all major department of Food-Production, F&B Service, Housekeeping, Front-Office, Engg. & maintenance & Safety .
The students were given detailed information like specifications, shapes, sizes of the industrial equipment used by hotels now a day’s such as Rectangular and round container sealer, Kitchen and food service equipment, Glacier Refrigeration. Students were visibly excited to learn about their industry and equipment.
