Guest Lecture On Diversity In Banking Industry
Promoting diversity has long been a key component of both modern HR policy and good corporate governance in the banking industry. Businesses around the world have increasingly recognized the importance of a workforce which encompasses a wide range of talents and perspective from a broader spectrum of backgrounds.
Students of Amity Business School got the opportunity to interact with Ms. Shachi Kaul who spoke to them at length on the topic, “Diversity in Banking Industry”.
Latest developments in the banking sector were discussed with the students and they were also guided on how to be part of this industry. The students also got an opportunity to interact with Ms. Kaul in person and get their banking concepts cleared.
The session was an extremely informative one and the students definitely absorbed every bit of the information shared with them.
