Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Amity University Gurgaon organized a Seminar on EU-India S&T co-operation in agro-food, marine and Bio-Economy 19th September, 2016 by Dr. Elisabetta Balzi, Deputy Head of the Bioeconomy Strategy Unit at the European Commission Research and DG, Innovation.
Dr. Balzi illustrated the various scopes which existed within EU and highlighted the options for collaborative Research. She pointed out the various areas in which EU was funding more and more research activities.
Her talk was well received and questions followed at the end of the session. Professor Rajendra Prasad thanked her for her illuminating talk and presented her a memento and a shawl.
