Workshop –cum-Guest Lecture on Bakery & Confectionery

EVENT BRIEF – One day Workshop –cum-Guest Lecture conducted for all the batches of BHM programme by inviting 2 Chefs from the industry who were specialized as relevant to the topic of workshop so as to cover the following as a part of their course curriculum of BHM programme -

 -          Live demonstration  done by the subject experts for preparation of various types of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, baking with chocolates  and other  confectionery products.

-          Hands on practice done by the students to prepare various types of  breads, pastries , cookies and other confectionery products.

          

PURPOSE AND EXPECTED OUTCOME  :

-          To update the students and faculty members with the recent trends , practices and method of preparation being followed in the Hotels for the preparation of various types of  breads, pastries and confectionery products.

-          To give the students and faculty members an opportunity to interact with industry professionals who were specialized the area concerned  & get their queries cleared as relevant to the topic of  the Workshop. 

-
