Wine Manufacturing Process ,Wine Service Procedures & Wine Tasting Sessions

One day Workshop was organized on WINE MANUFACTURING PROCESS ,WINE SERVICE PROCEDURES AND WINE TASTING SESSIONS by  the professionals of SULA VINEYARDS, NASHIK (MAHARASHTRA) where students were briefed about the wine making process, varieties of grapes used for the manufacture of different types of wines, wine and food harmony, popular brands of wines available around the globe, different types of glassware used for the service of various types of wines and standard service procedure being followed for the service of different types of wines through Power point presentation and demonstration.

Students were also given the demonstration on following during the workshop –

  • STEP –BY- STEP  PROCEDURE FOLLOWED FOR THE SERVICE OF VARIOUS TYPES OF  WINES AND STANDARD   PROCEDURE BEING ADOPTED FOR OPENING BOTTLE OF VARIOUS TYPES OF WINES.
  • PROCEDURE  FOR TASTING OF  WINE  AND PROCEDURE  FOR  STORAGE OF  LEFTOVER  WINE.
  • VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS TO BE SERVED AS ACCOMPANIMENTS WITH THE WINES.
