Amity University Gurgaon organized guest lecture by Mr Jaipal Singh, Head - Chain Supply Management, Harley Davidson during orientation Programme on 27th July 2016. Mechanical Engineer having 10 years of experience in Automotive Industry is also responsible for maintaining the quality standards in his organization as he possesses a yellow belt in Six Sigma. He actively interacted with the students by showing them interesting motivational videos related to:
(a) What they left behind at school?
(b) How students are loaded with expectation from family, friends & college professors?
(c) What is their expectation while doing Engineering from Amity University Gurgaon?
(d) What is their goal in life?
He shared with the students his belief that success can only be achieved if one remains open minded focused & enthusiastic in all walks of life.
The students were overwhelmed as well as reminiscent on seeing the videos as they were correlating the carefree School life that they have left behind. Now they have to embark on a new journey of life which will lead to achieving their desired goals of life.
His work experiences as a young graduate he shared with the students and remarked that one thing is for certain that with talent, determination & hard work, they can accomplish what few others can and they will succeed. In the future taking on truly hard things, things that seem impossible – one will not be in uncharted waters. On the contrary one will build more success. That’s the key - Success breeds Success.
