A Workshop on ‘Excellence in Teaching’ by Mr. David Wittenberg, CEO, The Innovation Workgroup
Amity School of Engineering and Technology Organizes Workshop on Excellence in Teaching by Mr. David Wittenberg, CEO, The Innovation Workgroup on 28th July 2016. The main goal of this workshop was to prepare the faculty members to reconsider their views about how education works. During the Workshop following major point was discussed.
· Gap between the Parents’ expectations, University/School expectations and Students’ own expectations.
· Real meaning of education.
· Changes required in the current education system in India.
· Difference between the education system of USA and India.
The Workshop was attended by 38 participants and found it very interactive.
Prof (Dr.) A. K. Raghav felicitated the Honored speaker and also shared his experiences. At the end Dr. Sunil Sikka, Assistant Professor, CSE (ASET) delivered vote of thanks.
