Amity School of Fine Arts, Gurgaon participated in National Art Camp at Nagpur 

Amity School of Fine Arts, Amity University Gurgaon participated in National Art Camp Nagpur Maharashtra on 17th May 2016. Every year, The Gallery organizes workshop, exhibition and camp. This year, the gallery has organised the innovative art workshop at Jawaharlal Darda Art Gallery, landmark in history of Indian contemporary art and one of the most famous art gallery in Nagpur which is a prominent place for artists to showcase their work.

The Gallery Curator, Mr. Amit Gonade has given the name to the workshop as “1X1 utility” art workshop.The theme of the workshop was Reusable Scrap Material. Hence, the gallery provided scrape materials and a new art form was suppose to be created which could be useful in the future.

Dr. Malik of Amity School of Fine Arts created a Lamp under the concept of “Lamp of life”. He met various leading artist in workshop such as Raju Durshettiwar (Chennai) eminent artist Pramodbabu and Milind Limbekar (Art critics). They exchanged thought and the vision of aesthetic value. Dr. Malik also made wonderful painting under the concept of “Movement of life” which was represented in the form of fish which never take stop until the death.
