One-day "GE Healthcare Protein Purification Day" a Workshop on "Basics of Protein Purification Techniques" by WIPRO GE Healthcare personnel.20 Students and 3 faulty members were present for the event.

Benefits: Students were given a hands-on training with a top-of-the-line equipment along with a basic understanding on the down stream processing methods carried out. Students were taught the basics on various protein purification systems followed by demonstration of high end state-of-the-art equipment - AKTA Avant.
