Amity University Mumbai conducted its first ever annually celebrated National Level Inter-College Technical Festival, “Technicia 2016”, with an atmosphere filled with enthusiastic and zealous vibes of smarty brains. Sporting out-of-the-box working models, quizzes, workshops, coding-decoding and gaming's – Technicia laid out an opportunity to imagine, invent, discover and learn the interface between the humans and the science.
The event was graced by the presence of eminent personalities like Dr. Sanjay Deshmukh - Hon’ble Vice Chancellor – University of Mumbai and Dr. Pawar - Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor - Kolhapur University. It was a success with over 217 participants from all over India. It also witnessed foreign participation from Russia. Technicia had over 10 events which were planned keeping in mind the current technical scenario. It was an amalgamation of some serious events like Poster Presentation, Paper Presentation, Model Presentation, Tech Quiz, Code Combat, RC car racing and some fun events like FIFA and Counter Strike.
