Food & Art Workshop for Fine Arts & Hospitality Together
Amity school of fine arts in association with Amity School of Hospitality, Amity university Gurgaon organized a Food & Art Workshop to develop innovation thru Art in Fruits & Vegitables. The event started in the hospitality block with a gathering of around 40 students. Demonstrations of various Vegetable & Fruit based carvings were given by Mr. Vinod Chauhan & Mr. Mansoor Ahmed in the food production lab during the event. Post Once the demonstration was over, students were asked to show their skills of carving on fruits and vegetables. Dr. Ranjan Malik, HOD, Amity School of Fine Arts gave some important tips to students to develop creativity & innovation in their servings.
