Amity Institute of Biotechnology, AUH had organized a talk by Professor RS Verma, Eminent Scientist from IIT Madras on 26th October, 2015 on CARDIOGEL: A nano-matrix scaffold with potential application in cardiac regeneration using mesenchymal Stem cells. Professor Rama Shankar Verma is currently associated with Bhupat and Jyoti Mehta School of Biosciences, IIT Chennai. His current research interests involve Stem cells and their regenerative potential, Immunotoxins, and developing MAbs against receptors. The talk was attended by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. P.B. Sharma, HODs and HOIs from various departments including ASET, ASAS, and all faculty from AIB. Professor Rajendra Prasad, Director AIB, AIISH was the convener.
