Be a Game Changer, World has enough followers, The pitch was set right when Mr. Sanjeev Roy shared his valuable thoughts on leadership to the freshers on 04th august 2015 Mr. Roy is a senior consultant to Ministry of HRD, Governement of India. Prof P B Sharma gave a flowery welcome to Mr. Sanjeev Roy. He explained in detail the approach to leadership .How to develop oneself as a leader by building in oneself, a passionate feeling for others and out of the box thinking.. In his exemplary Style of communication, He discussed interesting examples on how to be a leader, think practically and work flexibly as per situational demand. He emphasized upon the flexibility in any leader to adapt the changes and situation to mould accordingly to deliver results. Further He mentioned about Learn – Unlearn – Relearn as the new aspect of leadership development for continuous life-long learning .The courage and determination required to travel the unexplored path. He said that it is not always that opportunity knocks at your door. Sometimes you have to create a door and open it. The students were influenced by his thought provoking lecture. At the last, Prof P B Sharma, Vice Chancellor, AUG along with Prof Dr Padmakali Banerjee, Pro-Vice Chancellor, AUG feliticatated Mr. Roy with a memento.
