PHD CCI Awardes Amity University Gurgaon as the “Best Pvt. University-Engineering”
Amity University has been awarded Best Pvt. Engineering University of the year 2015 by PHD Chamber of commerce & industry. The award was given by Sri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, (Govt. of India), at the National Summit on Smart Transportation Infra Summit & Expo 2015 organized by PHDCCI, today. Prof. PB Sharma Vice Chancellor Amity University Gurgaon received the Award.
Sri Nitin Gadkari also urged industry to develop alliterative fuel like bio diesel, electricity etc., to become less dependent on import of petrol and diesel. He mentioned about rising count of vehicles in city adding to congestion and developing innovative solution like water transport, which will not only decongest the traffic but will increase tourism also.
The Amity University Gurgaon has emerged as Hub for quality Education, Industry central research, Innovation and New product development.
“Its flexible curriculum preparesits students as industry ready professional for the knowledge basedeconomy” said Prof. PB Sharma Vice Chancellor, Amity University, Gurgaon while receiving the Award. The summit was attended by a large number of experts from Industry and commerce.
