Session on ASME Gas Turbine India Update by Amity School of Engineering & Technology.
Mr. Hemant Gajjar (Member-ASME, Fellow-IEI) delivered a lecture on ASME Gas Turbine India Update at Amity University Haryana for the benefit of mechanical and aerospace engineering faculties and students. Students were delighted to attend the interactive session.
Brief Introduction of Mr. Hemant Gajjar.
Mr. Hemant Gajjar is a power plant professional. His 30 yrs of experience in power plant encompasses wide spectrum of work in coal and gas based power plants as well as wind and solar plants. He has been involved in project conceptualization and implementation, operation and maintenance of GT based CHP and Power plant, engineering services, commercial and materials management aspects of power project and operating plant, energy efficiency projects, design reviews, due diligence exercises, trouble shooting, and others.
Summary remarks were presented by Prof P. B. Sharma, Vice Chancellor – AUH. He highlighted numerous applications and utilities of the gas turbines particularly in Indian context. Mr. Hemant Gajjar gave excellent introduction and over view of the gas turbines.
