On 31st October 2018, Amity Institute of Travel and Tourism organized a Guest Lecture on “Tourism Management and Current Tourism Trends delivered by Mr. Abhik Datta – CEO, The Wanderers Mumbai. Mr. Datta brought with him years of experience within the travel field and was able to cover many courses of the Bachelors’ of Travel and Tourism Management Program.
Students received first-hand knowledge of the workings of the tourism industry through the experiences of the Speaker. The Students were given multiple examples of the emerging tourism trends which were discussed at length.
