Aptitude Testing And Career Counselling For The Students
AIBAS and Corporate Resource Center team arranged an Aptitude Test session for students of Amity University Mumbai.
The main focus of this activity was - Aptitude Testing and Career Counselling. It helped the students to know their own ability to perform certain tasks. There were series of 8 scales along with interest scale to assess and analyse various skills required to perform better in different vocations. It will be a useful guide for placement decisions and also to reduce job stress. The tests were not difficult but had to be completed in limited time. There were no right or wrong answers so students tried attempting with best of their ability. Students were requested to answer honestly for more valid results. An individual career counselling session is scheduled for students who appeared for this test, at the time of individual report sharing.
