CRC team members Mr. Shrikant Uttam Gunjal & Mr. Rajat Sharma attended the NATCON meet organized by NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management) in association with APFHRM (Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management) held at The Westin Hotel, Koregaon Park, Pune. The theme of the event was Managing Future of Work & Workplace. The discussions were inclusive of all current disruptive practices industries are facing and to focus further challenges on how to manage future work & realign work place. The sub themes of the Conference were Learning from future, Role of Technology in arriving sustainable business development, is academia competant enough to support corporate as an enabler to fight global competition, winning ways to build and nurture future leaders, role of Governement, approach of other countries in Building performance culture, CHRO as CEO
It was a great learning platform for the team and also offered good networking and corporate connect opportunities.
