Amity University Madhya Pradesh organizes a Five Day Workshop on “Painting & Sculpture Making” on 27th – 31st March, 2017

Amity School of Architecture & Planning conducted a five day workshop on ‘Sculpture Modeling and Painting’ from 27th March to 31st March 2017 which was attended by eminent professionals from various academic backgrounds and experts from the art industries who guided, supervised and instructed the students on various fundamental principles of practicing and learning different types of art.


The objectives of the workshop were to instill in the students the various techniques used for Painting and Sculpture Modeling to help nurture their talent, guide in exploring& understanding the fundamentals of mastering different styles of Art and to assist in widening the knowledge in the field of Art and Architecture.


The Five Day Workshop included of Live Sketching session, Clay and POP modeling session,guest lectures, and exhibition.


The live sketching session was enthusiastically attended by the students of various segments of the campus who grasped the various techniques of professional sketching and painting in terms of progressing from “one segment to whole” and rendered the same artistry through their painting and sketches in highly innovative ways.


The clay and POP modeling workshop proved to be an extremely fascinating platform for the students. Here they were instructed about the techniques and equipment's used for a more professional outcome in clay modeling and were motivated to exhibit their talents by generating highly complex structures with great finesse,followed by a large scale student exhibition.


The artistic workshop on ‘Painting’ & Sculpture Making’ organized by the Amity School of Architecture & Planning, AUMP was conducted under the continuous supervision and guidance of the eminent sculptors and painters who contributed to a large extent in creating artistic and innovative atmosphere for the students that would help them in efficiently channelizing their talent work schedule and pattern of representing impressive ideas in the future.
