We at ASCENT structured and conducted a 10 day training programme which successfully accomplished the objectives of the training as reiterated by Mr. Kumar Keshav, Managing Director at LMRC. The entire training programme was officially monitored under the able guidance of the Principal, Vice Principal, HR officials and Technical Course Coordinators of LMRC. The training was conducted in the liveliest manner in accompaniment of interactive ice breakers, hearty discussions and group fun activities. Several methods of content delivery were used incorporating the most competitive learner centric pedagogical approaches. The results of the training evaluation tools demonstrated an overwhelming response from the participants who felt the training sessions exceeded their expectations. The participants unanimously recommended this training for future batches of LMRC staff.
