Ms. Rudrali Patil, students of Amity Law School, winsthe “High Commissioner for a Day” Challenge

Ms. Rudrali Patil, student of Amity Law School Noida pursuing BA LLB (H), Semester 9, won the “High Commissioner fora Day” Challenge. 

The British High Commission NewDelhi had conducted the competition wherein female students had tomake a one minute video on “What do you think of girls’ rights and highlighting two things that you would do to bring about change?” 

The winner was selected on the basis of the presentation in video followed by a telephonic interview.

Ms. Lekha Rani Singh (Faculty Incharge) prepared six students from Semester 1 to 9 for the competition fromAmity Law School Noida. The students posted their video on the Facebook page ofBritish High Commission along with an email to them regarding the same.

Ms. Rudrali Patil’s video gotshortlisted by judges from the British High Commission who also took hertelephonic interview. Subsequently, impressed by her ideas, presentation skills and dedication , Ms. Rudrali Patil was declared at the winner.

Ms.Rudrali Patil got titled as “High Commissioner for a Day” and also presented a talk on “Girls Rights” along with the Deputy High Commissioner of BritishHigh Commission in Indraprastha College for Women.
