Amity School of Fashion Technology organises Industry Interaction program “Expectations of the Fashion Industry from Young Professionals”
Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) conducted the orientation programme for the new batch of students of Post Graduate & Under Graduate programmes from July 17 -19, 2012 & July 25 - 27, 2012 respectively.
As part of this orientation programme, on 19th July, 2012 & 27th July, 2012, a galaxy of industry speakers from reputed retail stores, export houses & design companies descended at Amity University to address the new batch of UG & PG students on the topic of “Expectations of the Fashion Industry from Young Professionals.”

Lamba, Asst. Vice President-HR, Orient Craft, Mr. Partha Mukherjee, Proprietor, Spirit of India, Mr. Prashant Aundhkar, Quality Head, Textiles & Footwear, TPG Wholesale Pvt. Ltd. The students enthusiastically interacted with the industry speakers and gained tremendously from this interface. Dr.Pradeep Joshi, Director, ASFT & ASFA addressed the gathering and thanked the doyens of the industry for addressing the students and stressed the need for greater industry-academic interface thereby asking for continuous support and guidance from industry.
