Amity School of Engineering & Technology organised One Day Faculty Development Programme on "Strategies for Student Centric Teaching in Engineering Mechanics" on May 04, 2012 at E-II Seminar Hall, Amity University Campus, Sector-125 Noida.
Dr. Balvinder Shukla, DG, ASET, Head-Amity Academic Staff College & Pro. Vice Chancellor, AUUP delivered the inaugural address.
Prof. S. Prasad, Professor, GCET presented his views on the topic "Review of Fundamentals of Engineering Mechanics"
Prof. Vivek Kumar, HOD, MAE, ASET talked on the topic "Mechanics of Structures (Trusses)"
Prof. (Dr.) S.N. Pandit, Prof. & Head ME, NIET presented his views on Distributed Forces (Centroid / CG / MOI)
Prof. (Dr.) S.N. Pandit delivered lecture on "Dynamics of particles" and Prof. Nitin Kr. Upadhye, MAE, ASET on the topic "Stress – Strain analysis".
