Mr Abdullah Ahmed, Founder Deputy Head of Office, German Red Cross India delivered lecture at Amity Law School II on the topic “International Humanitarian Law – An Insight on Geneva Convention & Origin of Red-Cross” at C Block Auditorium, Amity University, Noida.
A very informative presentation on International Humanitarian Law and Red Cross was given by the Mr Abdullah Ahmed followed by two documentaries giving an overview of the International Humanitarian Law and the Geneva Conventions, and how Red Cross is related to it. Mr Ahmed told students about the opportunities of attaching with ICRC.
The students found the session highly enlightening and constructive. Each and every student gave the positive feed back about the lecture and many of them were ready to volunteer for the humanitarian cause.
Prof. Mamta Srivastava, Dy. Director, Amity Law School - II presented a book as memento to Mr Abdullah Ahmed.
