Amity International School, Mayur Vihar organises a grand citation ceremony
To bestow best wishes on the second outgoing batch of class XII students, Amity International School, Mayur Vihar organized a grand citation ceremony on 27 January ,2012. The function commenced on a spiritual note with ‘hawan’ conducted for the students. Dr.(Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity International Schools, and Mrs. Sarita Aggarwal, Principal, Amity International School, Mayur Vihar inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the auspicious lamp.
The choir group enthralled the audience with the song “aapki shiksha ,hamara maan”. To commemorate their achievements and talents, the students were presented with the citations. This was followed by reminiscing and sharing of memorable moments by some of the students of class XII. The parents too expressed their views and appreciated the endeavours of the school in promoting holistic development of the students. The Chairperson urged the students to scale unprecedented heights upholding the virtues of self discipline and humility. The ceremony concluded with the shower of blessings on the students.
