The most effective leaders forever change the course of our life. Quoting the recent Gallup Poll, Dr. Srivastava said it was found that In the workplace, when an organization leadership fails to focus on individual strength, the odds of an employee being engaged are a dismal 1 in 11 i.e. 9%. But when an organization’s leadership focuses on strength of its employees, the odds soar to almost 3 in 4 i.e. 73%. Researches found that top performing teams have strengths in specific domains i.e. Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking. Dr. Srivastava said that the successful people are beaten over the head, knocked down, vilified and for years they get nowhere. But every time they are knocked down they stand up. No one can destroy these people and at the end of their lives they have accomplished some modest part of what they set out to do.
