Workshop on Art and Craft by Amity Institute of Education and Amity Institute of Behavioral and Allied Sciences
Amity Institute ofEducation and Amity Institute of Behavioral and Allied Sciences organised a twoday workshop on Art and Craft at Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The students of B.Ed.Semester-II participated in the workshop. The workshop started with the welcomeaddress by Dr. Ananya Ghosh Roy, Faculty and Coordinator of Art and Craft,Amity Institute of Education and Amity Institute of Behavioural and AlliedSciences.
The H.O.I. of AIE andAIBAS, Amity University, Noida, Dr. Alka Muddgal addressed the students and highlighted theimportance of Art and Craft education for the prospective teachers.
The topic for the workshop on the first daywas Basic PaintingTechniques and the resource person was Mr. Kumar Jasakiya, Faculty of AmitySchool of Fine Arts. He gave a short lecture and then demonstrated on thetechniques of Painting. The topic for the second day of the workshop was Basics of 2D Animation and the resource person was Mr Sachin Ahuja. He took an interesting session on Basics of 2Danimation.
Thestudents were all given activity on both the topics which they all enjoyedand completed successfully. The workshop came to an end with the vote of Thanksgiven by Dr. Ananya Ghosh Roy, Faculty, AIE & AIBAS.
