“Entrepreneurship is all about identifying the opportunities and solving the problems”, stress entrepreneurs during the second day of Business Summit “INBUSH” at Amity

The second day of 17th Annual Research Conference &Business Summit “INBUSH ERA World Summit 2017”, organized by Amity International Business School at University Campus, Sector-125, Noida,witnessed deliberations on key areas including “Enhancing Manufacturing Competitiveness through Comprehension, Commitment, Courage & Collaboration(4 Cs)”, “Role of Entrepreneurs in creating world class organizations” by eminent and prolific speakers from Industry and academia.

The theme of INBUSH 2017 is “Comprehension, Commitment, Courage& Collaboration (4 Cs): Converting ideas into logical outcomes for creating world class organizations”

The biggest International Research Conference and Business Summit of Asia,  INBUSH is being attended by Ambassadors,Vice Chancellors & Directors of premier Institutions, Foreign Diplomats,Corporate Heads, Media Personalities, top Academicians from India & Abroad.

During the plenary session on the theme “Role of Entrepreneurs in creating world class organizations”, Prof. Atanu Rakshit, Director, IIM Rohtak;Prof. S N Pandey, Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Science University, AP; Prof. Mihir K. Chaudhuri, Vice Chancellor, Tezpur University, Assam; Mr. Ajay Sharma, CEO, Ashtopus Group; Mr. Atul Rai, Founder,Staqu; Mr. Anurag Gupta, Founder, Stemrobo; Mr. Varun Khaitan, Founder, UrbanClap; Mr. Prakhar Joshi, Story Scholar Program Director, 1947 Partition Archive and Ms. Preeti Rao, Founder, Wellness Jiva shared their views.

Addressing the students, Ms. Preeti Rao, Founder, Wellness Jiva said that today’s youth is living in an exciting world, where they have the opportunity to create their own destiny. Talking on the right time to start entrepreneurship, Ms. Rao said that there is no right age or time to get into entrepreneurship; whenever a person is mentally ready to tread the path of endurance, patience, hardwork,he or she should sail into the ship of entrepreneurship. She motivated students to self- -introspect and realize the true calling of their lives- what is their passion and what keeps them happy, which will make their journey ofentrepreneurship a smooth sailing.

Welcoming the distinguished guests, Dr. Gurinder Singh remarked that change in the behavior of people is necessitating the change in the systems around. He stressed that with the advent and subsequent onslaught of technology, old systems are giving way to new ones in every sector be it Media, Information Technology, Healthcare, Lifestyle or Education. He remarked that technology, no matter however progressive it may be, cannot replace the experience shared by learned people. He called upon the students to make the most out of the discussions and deliberation of the three day mega Summit which will enrich their knowledge impeccably.

Talking about the real essence of entrepreneurship, Mr. Varun Khaitan, Founder,Urban Clap stated that entrepreneurship is all about identifying the opportunities and solving the problems existing in the society and that can be done without even opening up a huge venture. He remarkedthat entrepreneurship is a spirit and a passion to take your idea ahead inevery situation.

Mr. Yogesh Kochhar from www.lyfolyf.com encouraged the students to get out of their comfortable zones and create value around them and in the process, they will be able to create sustainable future for themselves. He advised them to identify the space in the market, make a market in that space and identify their new “selves”

Prof. Mihir K. Chaudhuri, Vice Chancellor, Tezpur University, Assam, while sharing his views, stated that ecosystem in today’s society is very supportive of entrepreneurship and accordingly, educational Institutions are setting up Incubators to help students realize their dreams. He remarked that Universities and Colleges need to give freedom to students, provide them counselling and financial assistance while leading them onto the path of entrepreneurship.

Ambassadors from various countries were awarded Amity Gold Medals by Prof (Dr.) Gurinder Singh, Amity Group Vice Chancellor & Director General – Amity Greater Noida Campus & Amity International Business School for fostering International Diplomatic Relations with India. The proud recipients included H. E. Mr. Juan José Cortez Rojas, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., Embassy of Plurinational State of Bolivia, H. E. Mr. Jozef Drofenik, Ambassador,Embassy of Slovenia and H.E. Dr. Toni Atanasovski, Ambassador, Embassy of the Republic Of Macedonia.

During the day, Academic Excellence Awards, Corporate Excellence Awards, Media Excellence Awards, Amity Excellence Award for Female Achiever were conferred upon luminaries for their sterling contribution to their respective sectors.

The day ended with an exclusive “Fashion Show” by the students of Amity University and Northampton University, UK which succinctly highlighted that creativity transcends barriers and needs no language. The students from both the Universities sashayed down the ramp in colorful dresses, which impressed one and all present during the event.
