Toinculcate the values of giving and helping people amongst students, AmityBusiness School started two day “Diwali Fest – Aasha ka Diya” at UniversityCampus, Sector 125 Noida
The fest was inaugurated by Mrs. Pooja Chauhan,Vice Chairperson, Amity Humanity Foundation in presence of Dr. Sanjeev Bansal,Director, Amity Business School, faculty Members and Students of AmityUniversity.
Addressing the gathering, Mrs. Pooja Chauhan appreciatedthe efforts and hard work of students for conceptualizing the event. Shementioned that Diwali is a festival of lights, love and joy - it’s all aboutlighting up lives of people. With this thought in mind, Amity has always initiatedvarious activities to spread happiness amongst the community and reach out to peoplewho need our help.
The fest was lined up with scrumptious foodjunctures, trendy clothing & accessory stalls and other remarkable boothsset up by both College students and various NGOs.
Theprofit earned from the event is contributed towards the welfare of the studentsof “Atulasha” and “Amitasha” - social initiatives to empower underprivilegedgirls and boys by Amity Humanity Foundation.
